INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION SERVICES

A dispute can be submitted to an arbitral tribunal for a final and binding decision. In TAIAS arbitration, each party is given the opportunity to make a case presentation following the process provided by these Rules and the tribunal.

Parties can provide for arbitration of future disputes by inserting the following clause into their contracts:

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by arbitration administered by the TAIAS in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules.

The parties should consider adding:

  1. The number of arbitrators shall be (one or three);

  2. The place of arbitration shall be [city, (province or state), country]; and

  3. The language(s) of the arbitration shall be ________________.
