TRIPLE A is a global firm designed to provide a complete dispute resolution framework for disputing parties, their counsels, arbitrators, and mediators. Triple A employs International Dispute Resolution Procedures (IDRP) to provide balance between the autonomy of the parties to agree to the dispute resolution process they want and the need for process management by mediators and arbitrators.
Triple A International Arbitration Services LTD (“TAIAS”) is an international arbitration services firm created to administer and provide arbitrations and mediations worldwide. The TAIAS provides dispute resolution services around the world in locations chosen by the parties. TAIAS arbitrations and mediations may be conducted in any language chosen by the parties. TAIAS Procedures reflect best international practices that are designed to deliver efficient, economic, and fair proceedings.

INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION SERVICES
The parties may seek to settle their dispute through mediation. In mediation an impartial and independent mediator assists the parties in reaching a settlement but does not have the authority to make a binding decision or award. Please follow the links to learn more and and inquire.
INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION SERVICES
A dispute can be submitted to an arbitral tribunal for a final and binding decision. In TAIAS arbitration, each party is given the opportunity to make a case presentation following the process provided by these Rules and the tribunal.

INTERNATIONAL EXPEDITED PROCEDURES
The Expedited Procedures provide parties with an expedited and simplified arbitration procedure designed to reduce the time and cost of an arbitration. The Expedited Procedures shall apply in any case in which no disclosed claim or counterclaim exceeds USD $5,500,000 exclusive of interest and the costs of arbitration. The parties may agree to the application of these Expedited Procedures on matters of any claim size.
HOW IT WORKS
After the filing, TAIAS will assign one of its top administrators to the case. The Administrator will be selected by the management of TAIAS from our list of administrators. A special index will be assigned to the Administrator for this case ONLY. The Administrator will create: (i) page case management | case index on our web-portal www.taias.org, (ii) specific unique e-mail will be designated to the case, as well as (iii) dedicated group on one of the message services, e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Signal, WeChat, etc.
